国家的崛起与文化的兴盛包含着深沉的道德力量,实现中华民族的复兴也需要通过培育集体道德来冲破现实中利益与权力的羁绊。在经历了近代以来价值观的震荡之后,21世纪的中国面临构建新的价值体系的紧迫任务。基于中国的历史与现实并顺应人类文明发展的潮流,寻求中华民族复兴的价值支撑应坚持共享性、人民性、中国性、创新性、开放性的原则,在改革创新中建设新的精神家园。

The rise and cultural prosperity of a country call for a deep moral force and the revival of the Chinese nation needs to break the moral fetters of reality, interests and power by fostering collective moral values. Having gone through the shock of values of modern times, China in the 21 st century is facing an urgent task of building a new system of values. Based on China's history and reality and in conformity with the tide of human civilization, the value support of rejuvenating the Chinese nation should involve such principles as sharing, innovation, openness so as to construct a new spiritual home in the process of reform and innovation.
