负压封闭引流技术治疗胫腓骨骨折内固定术后感染16例疗效分析 被引量:10

The curative effect analysis of 16 cases of infection after internal fixation in tibia and fibula fractures with vacuum sealing drainage technique

摘要 目的:分析负压封闭引流技术治疗胫腓骨骨折内固定术后感染的临床效果。方法:本院2013-2015年共收治16例胫腓骨骨折内固定术后感染病例,采用负压封闭引流技术进行治疗,其中11例患者保留内固定装置,5例患者更换为外固定支架。结果:本组16例患者,15例获得9-25个月[平均(17±2.8)个月]术后随访;所有患者感染均获控制,骨折均达到骨性愈合,平均愈合时间(7±3.2)个月,其中1例患者发生骨折畸形愈合。结论:负压封闭引流技术治疗胫腓骨骨折内固定术后感染疗效确切。 Objective:To observe the curative effect of 16 cases of infection after internal fixation of tibia and fibula fractures with vacuum sealing drainage technique in the infection.Method:From 2013 to 2015,vacuum sealing drainage was used in 16 cases of infection after internal fixation of tibia and fibula fractures.Internal fixation device of 11 cases were preserved,and internal fixation device of 5cases were replaced.Result:16patients were included in this study.15 cases were followed for 9-25months after operation and the average follow-up time were(17±2.8)months.The infection of all patients were controlled,and the fractures achieved bony union,the average healing time was(7±3.2)months,1case occurred with malunion.Conclusion:The treatment of vacuum sealing drainage is suitable for postoperative infection fracture of internal fixation in tibia and fibula fractures.
