摘要
影响高压变频器可靠性的多种因素中,散热是至关重要的,大功率半导体器件与移相变压器工作时所产生的热量,将导致器件温度的升高,如果没有适当的散热措施及时将热量带走,就可能导致器件温度超过器件所允许的最高结温,从而导致器件性能的恶化甚至损坏。所以在设计中,选择适当的散热方式,并进行合理的设计,能有效延长器件使用寿命,是提高变频器可靠性不可缺少的重要环节之一。
A variety of factors affect the reliability of high-voltage inverter,cooling is essential,high-power semiconductor devices and the heat generated during the work phase-shifting transformers produced,will cause the device temperature increases,without proper cooling measures timely heat away,it could lead to the device temperature exceeds the maximum allowable device junction temperature,which leads to deterioration of device performance or even damaged.So in the design,select the appropriate cooling method,and rational design,the device can effectively extend the service life of the drive to improve the reliability of an important and indispensable part.
