中国铬资源产业形势及其相关策略研究

INDUSTRIAL SITUATION AND STRATEGY OF CHINA'S CHROME RESOURCE

文章从国内铬矿资源特征和铬矿供需情况两方面分析了我国铬资源产业形势,表现为铬矿资源严重短缺、进口依存度高、长期稳定供给缺乏保障等方面。争对这一严峻形势,提出了以下几点可行性策略:1)安全投资国外铬矿资源;2)加强国际合作,实施铬矿多元化进口;3)加大国内找矿力度,加快地质详查进程;4)综合开发伴生铬矿资源,减少资源浪费;5)提高低品位矿石利用率;6)含铬废品资源回收再利用;7)建立战略资源储备体系。以期为我国铬业的健康发展提供借鉴之处。

This paper discusses the industrial situation of China＇s chrome resource from resources and supply demand,which is marked by a shortage of chrome resource,highly-dependence on export,lack of long-term stable supply. This paper presents some workable strategies from investing foreign chrome mines,diversifying export channels through global cooperation,intensifying internal survey and exploration,comprehensively developing associated chrome resource and reducing waste,raising recovery of low grade ores,recycling the chromium-bearing wastes and setting up strategic reserve. This paper aims to offer reference for the healthy growth of China＇s chrome industry.
