摘要
2009年1月至2010年5月期间调查了北京市六环内五个区的23个小区,共得到2024份有效调查问卷。为得到各因子对北京市居民能耗的影响强弱,首先通过计算各影响因素与电和燃气消耗的相关系数及其贡献度来选择影响因子,然后分别计算它们与电和燃气消耗的灰色关联度,并对其做了排序,从而得到各影响因子对电和燃气消耗影响程度的相对大小。电耗的主要影响因子为:使用面积、家庭人数、使用空调数;燃气消耗的最大影响因子是家庭人数。
During January 2009 to May 2010, 23 residence communities within five district of six rings and was chosen for questionnaire survey, and 2024 of which was valid questionnaires. To get the impact strength of each factor on the energy consumption of Beijing residents, first by calculating the correlation coefficient and the contribution of each electricity and gas consumption factor to select useful factor, and then calculate the gray grade of them with electricity and gas consumption, and sort it, thus we can get the relative size of each factor impact on the electricity and gas consumption. The main factor for the electricity consumption: usable area, family size, number of usage air conditioning; gas consumption’s biggest factor is the family size.
