摘要
将Matlab的数值计算、可视化图形处理功能与Refprop的工质物性计算功能有效结合起来,提出了一种新的适用于管道内超临界流体制冷剂对流传热问题的工程预测方法。以二氧化碳为工质,对其在超临界压力下的热物理性质进行分析。选择有代表性的传热关联式,对冷却工况下管内超临界二氧化碳的对流传热展开研究,重点分析压力、质量流速和热流密度对传热的影响规律;并将计算结果与相关实验数据进行比较,证明该方法的可靠性。
Based on the numerical calculation and visual graphic processingabilityof Matlabandthephysicalproperty prediction ability of Refprop, a new engineering prediction method of the in-tube convective heat transfertosupercriticalrefrigerantisproposed. The carbon dioxide is used as the working fluid and its thermal physical properties at supercritical pressures are analyzed. According to the representativeconvectiveheat transfer correlations, the cooling heat transfer of supercriticalcarbon dioxide in tubes is investigated. The effect of system pressure, mass velocity and heat flux on heat transfer is examined and discussed. The calculation results are compared with the availableexperimental data, which proves the reliability of the preset model and method.
