摘要
手持设备是目前越来越普遍使用的一种移动数据采集技术,且发展很快。随着大数据的应用,要求手持设备采集的数据量和专业性越来越高,这就对手持设备的移动存储能力提出了新的挑战,对于带系统或硬件支持的手持设备虽然可采用U盘等方法实现,但更多的采用普通单片机作为处理器的手持设备在技术上很难采用此种方法,且价格高昂。因此,开展这方面的研究刻不容缓。本文以K9F5608U0A NAND FLASH存储器为例来说明无系统及硬件基础的扩展存储单片机系统的设计,亦是对移动数据的存储提出一点自己的思路。
The handheld device is a mobile data acquisition technology is increasingly widely used, and is developing very fast. With the application of large data requirements of handheld devices, the amount of data collection and professional is more and more high, this is the new challenge on the storage capacity of mobile handheld devices, for handheld devices with system or hardware support although can use U disk method, but more use ordinary microcontroller as a handheld processor difficult in technique using this method, and the price is high. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out research in this area. This paper takes K9F5608U0A NAND FLASH as an example to illustrate the design of extended memory storage SCM system without system and hardware based, is also on the mobile data storage to point out their ideas.
