摘要
粮食是具有生命的活体,其生理活动直接影响粮食的储藏稳定性,充氮气调作为一项新的绿色储粮技术,具有抑制、杀灭储粮害虫的效果,同时能够避免或减少化学污染、有效解决害虫抗药性等特点,正被广泛地应用到实际储粮中[1]。但长时间处于低氧条件下,稻谷呼吸产生不完全氧化产物,如醇、醛、酸等,积累量过多会对稻谷的品质产生影响。为探索不同温度和氮气浓度下稻谷种子的呼吸情况,进一步指导绿色气调科学储粮,本试验对不同氮气浓度条件下的稻谷进行了呼吸熵的测定以衡量稻谷的呼吸强度。
Grain is viable while the physiological activity has a direct impact on the storage stability of grain . Grain storage with Nitrogen could inhibit even kill the pests as a new technology, while managing to avoid or reduce chemical contamination, is the effective solution to pest resistance which are being widely applied in practical grain storage~ But for a long time under hypoxic conditions, paddy respiration produce incomplete oxidation products, such as alcohols, aldehydes, acids, etc. Excessive accumulation will affect the quality of rice. To explore paddy breathing in different nitrogen concentration and temperatures to guide green atmosphere storage this experiment measured respiratory quotient in different nitrogen concentrations to measure respiration rate of rice.
