摘要
研究了1Cr10Mo1W1Ni VNb N钢和30Cr1Mo1V钢的裂纹萌生时间与初始应力强度因子及保载时间之间的关系,比较了两种钢的蠕变、疲劳特性,讨论了线性损伤累积模型的实用性,并分析了蠕变-疲劳裂纹扩展行为与时间和循环的相关性.试验结果表明:拟合关联式满足精度要求,能够进行裂纹萌生时间寿命预测;线性损伤累积模型仅适用于保载时间比较短的蠕变-疲劳裂纹扩展试验,其裂纹扩展受控于循环条件.长保载时间的蠕变-疲劳交互作用比较明显,裂纹扩展受控于时间条件.
The crack initial time of 1Cr10 Mo1W1Ni VNb N steel and 30Cr1 Mo1V steel are studied. The creep and fatigue properties of the two kinds of steel are compared. In addition,the practicability of linear cumulative damage model is discussed and the correlation between creepfatigue crack growth behavior and time / cycles is investigated on the basis of this model. Results indicate that the empirical correlations can meet the precision requirement for predicting life of crack initiation time. The linear cumulative damage model is just useful for the crack growth at short hold time,which is mainly subject to the cycles. The interaction between creep and fatigue at long hold time is serious and it is mainly under the control of the time.
