流式细胞术检测肺泡灌洗液淋巴细胞免疫表型的临床意义探讨 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨流式细胞术检测支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)淋巴细胞免疫表型的临床意义。方法应用流式细胞仪双色直接免疫荧光法对15例肺癌(肺癌组)和20例肺良性病变患者(良性病变组)的支气管肺泡灌洗液T淋巴细胞亚群进行分析。结果肺癌组肺泡灌洗液中CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值均低于良性病变组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肺癌组肺泡灌洗液中CD3+CD8+高于良性病变组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺部恶性肿瘤细胞免疫功能低下,可以通过流式细胞术检测肺泡灌洗液淋巴细胞免疫表型,为临床诊断肺部良、恶性病变提供有效依据。 Objective To investigate clinical significance of flow cytometry for lymphocyte immunophenotyping detection in bronchial alveolar lavage fluid(BALF). Methods Flow cytometry double color direct immunofluorescence method was applied in analysis of T lymphocytes subset in bronchial alveolar lavage fluid in 15 lung cancer cases(lung cancer group) and 20 lung benign lesion cases(benign lesion group). Results The lung cancer group had lower values of CD3+, CD3+CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ ratio in alveolar lavage fluid than the benign lesion group, and their difference had statistical significance(P0.05). The lung cancer group had higher CD3+CD8+ value than the benign lesion group, and their difference had statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion The immunity function in lung cancer patients significantly decreases, and their lymphocyte immunophenotyping in alveolar lavage fluid can detected by flow cytometry, for providing effective reference for clinical diagnosis of benign and malignant lesion.
