我院剖宫产手术围手术期抗菌药物的应用现状及分析

Analysis of application status of antibacterial agents in perioperative period of cesarean section

目的分析本院剖宫产围手术期应用抗菌药物的情况,评价用药的合理性,为进一步提高临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽取100例剖宫产手术患者,对应用抗菌药物的合理性进行分析和评价。结果本院剖宫产手术抗菌药物的使用率为100%,抗菌药物中使用频率最高为第二代头孢菌素头孢呋辛钠,其次为克林霉素磷酸酯;抗菌药物平均使用时间2-3 d;单一用药92例,二联用药7例,三联用药1例;用药时机合理,但存在给药方法不合理的问题。结论本院剖宫产围手术期使用抗菌药物还存在不合理的地方,还需进一步改进。

Objective To analyze application status of antibacterial agents in perioperative period of cesarean section in our hospital, and to evaluate rationality of drug use, in order to provide further reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods There were 100 cesarean section patients by random selection, and their rationality of antibacterial agents use were analyzed and evaluated. Results The usage rate of antibacterial agents in cesarean section in our hospital was 100%. The second generation cephalosporins cefuroxime sodium had the highest frequency as antibacterial agent, followed by clindamycin phosphate. The average use time of antibacterial agents was 2-3 d. There were 92 cases with single drug, 7 cases with combined two drugs, and 1 case with combined three drugs. Timing of drug use was rational, while administration methods were irrational. Conclusion There are still irrational aspects in cesarean section in our hospital, and further improvement is necessary.
