社区康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of community rehabilitation treatment for stroke hemiplegia patients

目的探讨社区康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效。方法 180例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各90例,对照组患者予以常规康复治疗,研究组患者在对照组患者基础上联合使用中医康复治疗措施,对比两组患者的康复治疗结果。结果研究组患者的康复治疗总有效率96.7%显著优于对照组的63.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者的日常生活能力评定量表(Barthel指数)以及卒中病人运动评分标准(MAS)评分改善程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者能够改善患者症状,提高患者生活质量,改进其运动功能,是一种有效的辅助治疗方式,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of community rehabilitation treatment for stroke hemiplegia patients. Methods A total of 180 stroke hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 90 cases in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, and the research group received additional traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment measures. Effects of rehabilitation treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The research group had much better total effective rate as 96.7% in rehabilitation treatment than 63.3% of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Activities of daily living scale（Barthel index） and motor assessment scale（MAS） score in the research group had much better improvement than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Community rehabilitation treatment can improve symptoms, quality of life and movement function in stroke hemiplegia patients. This is an effective adjuvant method in treatment, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
