前交通动脉瘤破裂的形态学因素研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 颅内动脉瘤是临床常见的脑血管疾病,破裂后致残致死率高,未破裂颅内动脉瘤的治疗需充分权衡其破裂风险与手术风险。前交通动脉瘤是常见的颅内动脉瘤亚组,对前交通动脉瘤形态学特征进行分析有利于临床评估其破裂风险,指导治疗方案的选择。
