T型钢板固定后踝骨折的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究T型钢板固定后踝骨折的疗效。方法收集后踝骨折病人21例,均采用T型支撑钢板固定,配合早期功能锻炼及中药熏洗,观察其临床疗效。结果病例均获得较完整的跟踪随访,随访时间为7~19个月,平均12个月。随访结果按Leeds标准进行功能评定,优18例,良3例,差0例,无1例发生切口感染和切口缘皮肤坏死。结论采用T型钢板固定后踝骨折,效果确切,临床疗效满意,是一种值得重视的治疗方法。
