Teachers' Psychological Adjustment in the Perspective of Chaos Theory

长久以来,对于如何破解教师焦虑、疲劳、倦怠等心理问题一直缺乏有效思路。借助混沌理论分析视角,注重教师心理开放性、偶发性等特点,运用对话等方式,为进一步解决教师心理健康问题,调适教师心理健康提供新思路。

For a long time,there are few effective ideas to crack teacher＇s anxiety,fatigue,malaise and other psychological problems. With the view of chaos theory,a new way is found by focusing on teachers ＇mental characteristics such as openness and contingency,taking advantage of effective ways including dialogue,in order to solve the problem of teachers＇ mental health.
