成人高等教育是我国高等教育重要组成部分和有效补充,加强成人高校学生思想政治素质教育,对高校而言有十分重要意义。要做好这项工作,需要先研究影响成人高校学生思想动态的内部因素与外部因素,这些因素包括成人高校学生心理特点和社会经历、社会环境和学校教育。

Adult education is an important and effective complement to China＇s higher education which is of great significance to strengthen the quality of ideological and political education for the learners in adult higher education institution. We need to study the internal and external factors of Learner ＇s the ideological trends in Adult Higher Education Institution firstly. The factors include the psychological characteristics and social experiences of learner in adult higher education institution,social environment and school education.
