高校主题班会"三化"创新研究是班会主题选择的系列化、组织过程的模块化、实施过程的项目化。将主题班会作为完整项目来整合,有利于学生自主能力培养;有利于学生创新能力的锻炼和团队意识培养。尝试改变传统主题班会设计思路,提升主题班会完整性、推广性和育人效果。

The innovative research on theme class meeting within colleges and universities mainly covers three parts： serialization of topic selection,modularization of organizational process and projectization of implementation process. The study aims to integrate the theme class meeting as a whole project so as to cultivate the students＇ abilities of independence,innovation,and teamwork spirit. Tentatively,this article would transform the traditional designing idea for theme class meeting in order to improve its integrity,popularization and education effect.
