走综合化发展道路是我国地方高水平大学在崛起进程中的一个战略趋向。综合化战略与综合性大学建设相伴而生,大学综合化是一种历史概念、学科概念、整体概念和质量概念,综合化发展意味着学科综合化、职能综合化、管理综合化等。面对认识理念偏差、特色难以凸显、学科综而不合、人才培养单一、科研缺少协同、资源难以保障等困境,坚持能力提升、特色发展、有限综合、学科综合、协同创新、资源集聚等举措是我国地方高水平大学综合化发展的重要路径。

Comprehensive strategy is to accompany with building comprehensive university. The com- prehensive university is a historical concept, discipline concept, whole concept and the concept of quality.
