摘要
第三次工业革命源于人类可持续发展对自然情绪力和社会情感力的需求,其本质是科技和思维的革命,由此带来的社会经济转型发展对科技力、劳动力和思维提出了新的要求。对第三次工业革命背景下的高等教育而言,首先要充分认识其对经济社会的工具作用和价值作用,通过创新型科技人才和复合型技能人才提供高科技力和高素质劳动力,通过培育地球生物圈意识和分散式合作学习提供新型思维;最后要发挥其工具作用和价值作用,从人才结构、意识和培养方式等方面采取应对策略。
The third industrial revolution roots in human sustainable development's demand for the forces of natural emotion and social emotion,whose essence is a revolution on science, technology and thinking. As a result of such industrial revolution, the development of social and economic transformation has higher requirements upon sci- ence and technology, labor force and thoughts. As for higher education in the background of the third industrial revo- lution ,firstly, its function and value towards economy and society should be well recognized. Cultivate innovative and compound talents so as to offer high-tech force and high-quality labor force. Develop earth-biosphere consciousness and distribution-cooperation study in order to provide new thinking style. Eventually, some coping strategies from the perspectives of talent structure, ideology and cultivating mode should be made so as to realize the function and value of higher education.
