摘要
《美国教育部2012-2016国际战略》的出台标志着美国国际教育步入一个新的历史阶段。《战略》详细描绘了美国2012—2016年国际教育的愿景,并在此基础上建构了层次清晰的战略目标体系,反映出今后一段时间美国国际教育政策的基本走向:一是教育先行,凸显教育服务于国家利益的基本理念;二是标准引领,强调以优质标准培养公民的全球素养;三是兼取众长,倡导以积极的教育外交加强国际合作;四是系统谋划,主张以整体协调的方式推进国际教育。
The announcement of "U.S. Department of Education International Strategy 2012-16"marked the U.S. international education forward into a new historical period. This strategy describes the vision of American interna- tional education from 2012 to 2016detailedly and constructs a stratified strategic target system based on the vision, which refects some new trends of the U.S. international education policy in the future:Firstly, education in advance, the fundamental philosophy that education's severing the national interest will be highlighted; Secondly,Standard leading, cultivating citizen's global competencies by the high quality standards will be stressed;Thirdly, learning the strong points of others, enhancing international cooperation through Fourthly, system planning, promoting international education in an int active education diplomacy will be advocated; egrated and coordinated manner will be adopted.
