随着世界政治、经济、文化交流的不断深入,作为国家竞争力提升的核心要素,外语教育政策日益受到当今世界各国的重视。制定科学、合理的外语教育政策与国家的社会经济发展密切相关,并影响着国家的能力与软实力发挥。我国外语教育政策虽然在历史中取得了很大成就,并推动了外语教育蓬勃发展,但仍然存在着诸如政策制定系统缺乏有效的协调机制等问题。所以通过提升政策制定协调性等措施加快外语教育政策的战略变革对当今我国外语教育的发展具有重要意义。

With the deepening of the world political, economic and cultural exchanges, as the core factor of na- tional competitiveness ascension,foreign language education policy is paid attention to in today＇s world day by day. For a scientific and reasonable foreign language education policy is closely related to the country＇s social and eco- nomic development, and influence and the power of the national soft power play. China＇ s foreign language education policy has made great achievements in the history,and to promote the development of foreign language education gradually formed vigorous scene, but the policy still exist, such as the policy system in the lack of effective coordina- tion mechanism, etc. So through ascension policy coordination and other measures to speed up the strategy of foreign language education policy change is of great significance to the development of foreign language education in China today.
