摘要
农村教育发展与改革面临的"教师阻力"问题,是农村文化场域中的特殊群体性现象。"教师阻力"主要表现在教师个体身份认同、专业素质和文化惯性等"消极"意象三个方面。城乡二元分割分治、教育发展的"城市中心"主义以及教师个体的身份焦虑等是造成"教师阻力"的三大主因。坚持"整体性"的视角,落实教育均衡战略,加大对农村教育的公共性投入,推进城乡一体化,改革农村教师教育体系等是破解"教师阻力"的基本路径。
"Teacher resistance" issue which be faced for the development and reform of rural education,is a special mass phenomenon in the rural culture field. It' s mainly expressed as teachers' individual identity, professional quality, cultural inertia and other "negative" image. The main reason for the "resistance" is the urban-rural split par- tition, the "city center" doctrine of educational development as well as the identity anxiety of the individual teacher. So it need to adhere to the "holistic" perspective, increase investment in rural education,to be addressed by promoting urban-rural integration, reform the rural teacher education system and other measures to resolve the "teacher resis- tance" issue.
