摘要
县域义务教育教师质量多元主体监控是从权力到利益、责任的必然选择和要求。由于多元性与专业性价值逻辑前提的不可通约以及它们之间的优先性排序问题,导致多元主体与专业标准之间的价值冲突。在县域内义务教育教师质量监控过程中,专业性监控要求的远见卓识和知识化并未伤害多元性。应通过整合监控目标,建立利益均衡机制,重构教师质量监控指标,形成价值选择的整合与交流系统等路径提升多元主体监控的效果,促进教师质量监控目标的实现。
The multiple subjects monitoring on teacher quality of compulsory education in county is inevitable choice and requirements from the powers to benefit and responsibilities. Because the incommensurable of value logical premise and the prioritizing issues between diversity and professionalism, which lead to different goals and values be- tween multiple subjects and professional standards. However, during the process of teacher quality monitoring of com- pulsory education in county, foresight and knowledge that professional monitoring requires does not hurt diversity. It can enhance the effect of multiple subjects monitoring, achieve teacher quality monitoring goals by integrating the monitoring objectives, establishing the mechanisms for the balance of interests, reconstructing the monitoring indica- tors of teacher quality, forming the integration and communication systems of ehioce on value, and so on.
