大学生管理是高等教育场域内的一项重要活动。大学生管理时效性的提升受到教育资源的整合程度、学生主体权力地位的实现程度、大学生管理要素的把握程度、大学生管理信息的收集能力四个因素的影响,并以此确立了管理原则。提升大学生管理时效性,应采用"走出去"、平等对话与主动参与、"人"与"事"相协调、柔性化的管理方法,有效调配教育资源,把握大学生管理的基本规律,尊重与维护大学生基本权益,采用多种方式广泛收集信息。

Students management is an important activity for higher education. Students manage to enhance the efficiency whichis related to the degree of integration of educational resources, the extent of the student body to achieve a position of power, the extent of management elements of college students, the capabilities of college students manage information-gathering of the four factors, and thus established management principles. Improving the efficiency of col- lege students management, should take the management methods of ＂go out＂, equal dialogue and active participation, ＂people＂ coordinated with the ＂thing＇effective deployment of educational resources,to grasp the basic law manage- ment of university students, respect and maintenance of the basic rights of college students, an extensive collection of informationby using a variety of ways.
