我国优秀男子冰壶运动员擦冰有效性研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用文献资料、访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国优秀男子冰壶运动员的擦冰有效性进行研究。结果得出,我国优秀男子冰壶运动员通过大强度的擦冰能够使冰面温度提高1.5℃-2.4℃,产热1031-1821kj,擦冰对冰面升温及产热低于世界高水平男子冰壶运动员;我国优秀男子冰壶运动员营垒前擦冰能力强于营垒内擦冰能力;我国优秀男子冰壶运动员连续擦冰能力弱,连续擦冰有效性下降明显;且从整体情况上来看,长期的冰壶训练对我国优秀男子冰壶运动员迷走神经的影响更为显著。通过以上研究,希望找出我国优秀男子冰壶运动员擦冰的具体特征及提高其擦冰有效性的途径方法,进而提高我国男子冰壶运动员的擦冰能力。 Through experiment,mathematical statistics and so on,the research tries to unveil the sweeping features of Chinese curling men athletes and find the methods to improve the effectiveness of curling sweeping in order to promote the ice sweeping by curling men athletes in China. The results show us that Chinese excellent curling men athletes through high- intensity ice sweeping can increase ice temperature by 1. 5- 2. 4 degrees Celsius,heat production 1031- 1821 k J,lower than the world level curling men athletes; Chinese excellent curling men athletes by sweeping ice launch a greater affect on rapidly sliding stone than slow stone in the house; Chinese excellent curling men athletes are weak at continuous sweeping,with a significant decrease of its effectiveness. A the whole,long- term curling training perhaps can change the cardica nerve state of Chinese excellent curling men athletes in a quiet state.
