摘要 随着老龄化社会的到来,通过何种方式能够有效地吸引老年人自主学习,成为各方研究的问题。在阐述"活动驱动"学习模式缘由的基础上,具体分析了活动驱动模式的内容、形式及成效。无锡开放大学充分发挥其各方优势,为以活动驱动为老年学习的新模式提供较完善的教学保障,保障在此模式下可以形成相互促进的团队学习、网上网下相结合的数字化学习、气氛轻松的互动学习,以促进老年人开展自主学习、团队学习、数字化学习,并取得了良好效果,具有积极的现实意义。 How to promote autonomous learning effectively among the elderly learners has become researching issues with the coming of aging society. The article analysis the concrete content, forms and effects based on the description of the reasons why we adopt the learning mode driven by activities. In order to provide a sound teaching guarantee, Wuxi Open University takes its full advantages to form mutual team learning, on-line and off-line digital learning, relaxed interactive learning so as to promote the elderly learning, and it has already shown its good effects and positive practical meaning.
