摘要
文章在阐述社区教育概念的基础上,具体分析了社区教育有效开展的外部因素和内部因素。其中,外部因素主要指政府支持政策,具体包括:财政支持政策、组织保障政策、教学监督评估政策;内部因素主要包括社区教育的组织者、社区教育对象、社区教育内容和社区教育传播渠道。
Based on the concepts of community education, this paper analyses the effective external factors and internal factors of community education. The external factors mainly refer to the government support policies, including: fiscal support policy, organization guarantee policies, teaching supervision and evaluation policies; the internal factors mainly include the organizers, the participants, the contents and the channels of community education.
