摘要
针对3 t扫路车的风机选型和风道设计问题,基于NX NASTRAN的流体分析平台,结合风机风压、风量的理论计算与相关的试验数据,建立了风机的气体模型。通过流体仿真,明确了风道流速的分布情况,并对风机与风道的噪声进行了初步分析。结果表明,通过风机选型与风道设计,吸筒中的风速超过50.8 m/s,满足了吸筒中垂直向上的运输要求。
Aiming at the problems of fan selecting and air duct design for 3 tons sweeper truck,the theoretical calculation of air pressure and air volume for fan is discussed. Combining the calculation with the experiment data,the fan gas model of 3 tons sweeper truck is built based on NX NASTRAN fluid analysis platform. Through the fluid simulation,the distribution of wind velocity of air duct is made clear,and the noise of the fan and air duct is analyzed preliminarily. The results show that the wind velocity in the suction tube is greater than 50. 8m / s through the fan selecting and air duct design. This meets the requirement of upward transport in the vertical suction tube.
