摘要 文章对LO本振杂散指标要求进行了分析,以及对链路上各节点的提出了指标要求。首先介绍了RRU EVM指标要求,以及EVM指标到LO本振的相噪和杂散的分解。其次,对锁相环特性进行了分析,公式推导计算,并测试了链路上各节点的频率响应特性。最后,根据测试情况以及链路上节点环路带宽设计进行了总结,提出了各节点需要到达的指标要求。通过文章的分析,对PLL整个链路杂散传递有更深入的认识,为各节点环路带宽设计提供规范,为分析LO本振杂散来源提供参考。 This paper analyzes the requirements of the stray index of LO and the requirements of the nodes on the link. Firstly, the EVM RRU index is introduced, and the EVM index to the LO of the vibration of the phase noise and the spurious decomposition. Secondly, the characteristics of the PLL are analyzed, the formula is deduced, and the frequency response of each node is tested. Finally, according to the test situation and the node loop bandwidth design of the link, the requirements of the nodes are presented. Through the analysis of the article, we have a deeper understanding of the stray transmission of PLL, and provide the standard for the design of the loop bandwidth of each node, and provide reference for the analysis of the source of LO.
