摘要
面对移动互联网的飞速发展,用户消费行为发生了巨大的变化,加之产品同质化与市场相对饱和,如何提升客户忠诚度摆在了运营商的面前。文章通过介绍NPS体系,了解NPS的优点,并将NPS与实际工作相结合,提出运营商NPS提升策略,以提高客户忠诚度,促进企业良性发展。
With the rapid development of mobile Internet, great changes have taken place in consumer behavior, coupled with the homogenization of products and the market is relatively saturated, how to improve customer loyalty in front of the operator. This paper introduces the NPS system, understand the advantages of NPS and NPS, combining with the practical work, the operator NPS promotion strategy, to improve customer loyalty, and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
