110例患者内科护理中应用风险管理的疗效观察

目的对风险管理应用到内科护理中的临床效果进行观察。方法选取我院2013年1月至2014年6月收治的110例内科患者作为研究对象,采用随机的方法将所有患者均分成两组,对对照组采用长常规的管理护理方法护理,对观察组采用风险管理护理方法护理。结果观察组患者医疗纠纷事故、风险事故的发生概率明显低于对照组患者的,观察组患者对护理的满意度为96.36%,明显高于对照组患者对护理的满意程度80.0%,两组患者的差异具有明显的统计学意义。结论风险管理护理方法应用到内科临床护理中,能够显著的降低医疗纠纷事件和风险的发生,提高患者对于临床护理的满意程度。

Objective The application of risk management to clinical nursing in department of internal medicine were observed. Methods 110 cases of patients in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 department of internal medicine in our hospital as the research object, using random methods all patients were divided into two groups, the control group used routine nursing management method, risk management methods of nursing observation group used nursing. Results The observation group patients the occurrence probability of medical disputes, the risk of accidents was significantly lower than the patients in the control group, the patients in observation group satisfaction with care was 96.36%, significantly higher than the control degree of satisfaction of nursing 80% patients, the differences between the two groups were obviously statistical significance. Conclusion Nursing risk management methods applied to clinical nursing in department of internal medicine.
