他汀类药物治疗糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效及分析

目的探讨他汀类药物治疗糖尿病肾病的机制与临床效果。方法选取2011年6月至2013年12月60例2型糖尿病肾病患者为临床研究对象,采取随机数字表法将所有患者均分为对照组与试验组(n=30),对照组给予安慰剂,试验组给予氟伐他汀。观察比较两组患者经不同治疗方式下的临床效果。结果两组患者治疗后尿蛋白排泄率均较治疗前低(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后尿蛋白排泄率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血内皮素与尿内皮素含量明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后血内皮素与尿内皮素含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论他汀类药物对糖尿病肾病患者有显著的肾脏保护作用,可改善患者的生存质量,为糖尿病肾病的治疗提供了新的突破点,具有突出的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the mechanism of diabetic nephropathy and clinical effect of statin therapy. Methods Select from June 2011 to December 2013 60 eases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients for clinical research object, take a random number table, all patients were divided into a control group and the experimental group （n=30）, the control group was given a placebo, experimental group received cerivastatin statins. To compare the two groups of patients with different clinical effects after treatment modalities. Results After the two groups of patients before treatment compared with treatment of urinary protein excretion rates lower （P〈0.05）. After the test group treatment of urinary protein excretion was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. After the two groups of patients with the treatment of urinary endothelin ET were significantly lower than before treatment （P〈0.05）. After the test group therapy and urinary endothelin ET was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Statins for patients with diabetic nephropathy have significant renal protective effect, can improve the quality of life of patients, for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy provides a new breakthrough, with outstanding clinical value.
