品管圈活动在降低静脉输液过程中药液丢失的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨品管圈活动在降低静脉输液过程中药液丢失的应用效果。方法通过品管圈活动,对静脉输液过程中各环节存在的问题进行改进,并将改进前后药液丢失的情况进行比较。结果静脉输液过程中药液丢失情况由实施品管圈活动前的配药丢失率为39%;输液瓶或输液袋残余量丢失率为30.25%;排气药液丢失率为29%,降低至改进后的配药丢失率为15%;输液瓶或输液袋残余量丢失率为12%;排气药液流失率为12%。差异具有统计学意义(P1<0.01,P2<0.01,P3<0.01)。结论应用品管圈质量改进工具可有效降低静脉输液过程中药液丢失率,而且可以激发圈员学习的主动性和运用品管圈工具解决临床实际问题的能力。 Objective To investigate QCC reduce intravenous infusion of liquid lost during the application effect. Methods QCC for intravenous infusion during the various aspects of the problems to improve, and improve the situation before and after the liquid is lost to compare. Results Intravenous infusion process by dispensing the liquid lost the case before the implementation of QCC loss was 39%; infusion bottles or infusion bags residual mass loss rate of 30.25%; exhaust liquid loss was 29%, down to dispensing improved loss rate of 15%; infusion bottles or infusion bags residual amount of loss was 12%; exhaust liquid loss was 12%. The difference was statistically significant (P1〈0.01,P2〈0.01, P3〈0.01). Conclusion Application QCC quality improvement tools can effectively reduce the liquid lost during intravenous infusion rate, and can stimulate learning initiative and ring member QCC tool use in clinical practice problem-solving abilities.
