探析妇产科护理中的安全隐患及预防措施

Safety Hazard and Prevention Measures of Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing

目的探析妇产科护理中安全隐患及预防措施。方法收集我院58名妇产科护理工作人员作为研究的对象,对妇产科护理中存在的安全隐患进行分析比较,制定出相应的预防措施。结果安全隐患的防范措施实施后护理质量和患者满意度明显高于安全隐患的防范措施实施前,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有针对性地加强妇产科护理工作的管理,培养妇产科护士护理的安全意识和专业水平,增强医护人员与患者的沟通交流,做好技术、药品、仪器方面的质量监控,能够最大限度地减少护理差错的出现,以进一步保证临床妇产科的护理安全。

Objeetive To Analyze the safety hazard and prevention measures in the gynecology and obstetrics nursing. Methods To collect 58 gynecology and obstetrics nursing staff as the research object, to analyze the hidden danger existing in the security of gynecology and obstetrics nursing, work out corresponding preventive measures. Results The quality of care and patient satisfaction after the introduction of safety hazards and preventive measures were significantly higher than their before the implementation of preventive measures, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To strengthen the management of gynecology and obstetrics nursing, training of obstetrics and gynecology nurse care safety awareness and professional level, strengthen the communication of medical staff and patients, monitoring the technology, medicines, chemical reagents and instruments in certain aim, to minimize the occurrence of nursing errors, to further ensure the safety of the clinical gynecology and obstetrics nursing.
