摘要
利用Pro/E软件建立YT28气动凿岩机和新型减振手把的3D实体模型,介绍了新型减振手把的三级减振工作原理,多种型号凿岩机标准手把和新型减振手把在同种工况下进行了现场凿岩测试,经振动信号时域和频域测试分析,可以发现新型减振手把能够有效减小振动的传递,大大降低了对操作者的直接伤害,明显改善了使用状况。
Using Pro/E software to establish YT28 pneumatic rock drill and new type anti-vibration handle of 3D entity model, introduced the new type anti-vibration handle level 3 vibration principle, through the various model drill standards and new type anti-vibration handle under the same conditions in the field drilling test, the vibration signal in time domain and frequency domain analysis, can clearly found that the new anti-vibration handle can effectively reduce the vibration, greatly reduces the direct injury to the operator, greatly improve the working condition of the users.
