摘要
目的:新疆维汉阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者睡眠监测及头影骨性结构比较,探讨OSAHS人群头影骨性结构是否存在民族差异。方法:选择我院确诊的维、汉族OSAHS患者及正常对照组维、汉族各30例,进行体重指数(BMI)、颈围、呼吸紊乱指数(AHI)、头颅骨形结构测量值(SNA、SNB、ANB、ANS-PNS、GO-ME)的比较。结果:维吾尔族OSAHS患者颈围(NC)、BMI、ANS-PNS、Go-ME和AH-MP均大于汉族OSAHS患者,NC、BMI、SNA角和AM-MP大于维吾尔族正常人,Go-ME小于维吾尔族正常人(P<0.05)。汉族OSAHS患者NC、BMI及AH-MP大于汉族正常人,而ANS-PNS和Go-ME小于汉族正常人(P<0.05)。维吾尔族正常人NC、ANS-PNS、Go-ME以及AH-MP大于汉族正常人,而汉族正常人SNA值大于维吾尔族正常人(P<0.05)。结论:民族差异存在于部分测量项目中,有待于进一步分析研究。OSAHS可引起多种并发症,应及时筛查、诊疗降低患者并发症的出现提高患者生活质量。
Objective: To compae the sleep apnea monitoring and cephalometric roentogram osseous structure between Uighur and Han patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome( OSAHS) in Xinjiang,in order to investigate whether there are ethnic differences in cephalometric roentogram osseous structure of patients with OSAHS. Method: Choose 30 patients and 30 normal people between Han and Urghur in our hospital,Compared each people to BMI,NC,AHI,skull shaped structure measurements( SNA,SNB,ANB,ANS-PNS,GO-ME). Result: The NC,BMI,ANS-PNS,GO-ME and AH-MP in Uighurs OSAHS patients were greater than those in the Han OSAHS patients,NC,BMI,SAN and AH- MP were greater than the normal Uighurs people,and the GO-ME was less than the normal Uighurs people( P〈0.05). NC,BMI and AH-MP in Han OSAHS patients were greater than the normal Han people,and the ANS-PNS,GO-ME in Han OSAHS patients were less than the normal Han people( P〈0.05). The NC,ANSPNS,GO-ME and AH-MP in normal Uighurs were greater than the normal han people,and the SNA in the normal han people were greater than the normal Uighurs( P〈0.05). Conclusion: Ethnic differences exist on the part of the measurement project,it need to be further analysis and research. Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom can cause many complications,It shouldbe timely screen,diagnose and treat to reduce patient complications and improve quality of life of patient.
