宫颈上皮内瘤变环形电切术后创面恢复采用外用溃疡散的临床效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)环形电切(LEEP)术后采用外用溃疡散的临床效果分析。方法:选取2008年3月至2012年4月共84例于我院就诊的宫颈上皮内瘤变的患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,其中对照组采用LEEP刀治疗,研究组采用LEEP刀治疗后采用外用溃疡散治疗,对比两组患者术后阴道出血量、阴道出血时间、宫颈愈合时间、术后复发率等。结果:采用LEEP刀联合外用溃疡散的研究组患者的阴道出血量、阴道出血时间、宫颈创面愈合等均明显优于对照组患者,术后6个月研究组患者的CIN复发率明显少于对照组患者,且均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LEEP刀联合外用溃疡散可减少阴道出血量,缩短阴道出血时间,加速宫颈创面愈合,降低术后CIN复发率,具有临床推广意义。
