护理干预对胃癌患者围手术期负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effects of Nursing Intervention on the Perioperative Quality of Life and Negative Emotions in Patients with Cancer of Stomach

目的:探讨护理干预对胃癌患者围手术期焦虑、抑郁及生活质量影响。方法:选择符合标准的患者85例,随机分为观察组43例和对照组42例,二者均给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上加以护理干预,比较二者护理效果。结果:入院时,两组患者SAS和SDS量表评分相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,两组患者SAS和SDS量表评分较入院时均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是观察组下降幅度较对照组大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者出院时OLQ-STO22中吞咽困难、胃部疼痛、呃逆、饮食受限、焦虑及口干分量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),味觉、身体外观及掉头发评分两组相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:护理干预能有效减轻胃癌患者围手术期的焦虑、抑郁程度,改善患者生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the perioperative quality of life,anxiety,and depression in patients with cancer of stomach.Method： A total of 85 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 patients in the observation group and 42 patients in the control group. The two groups were given with usual care,but the observation group given with nursing intervention additionally,and the effects were compared between the two groups.Result： On admission,the patients of the two groups had similar self-rating depression scale（ SDS） and selfrating anxiety scale（ SAS） scores,and the differences were statistically insignificant（ 〉〈0. 05）. On discharge,the patients of both groups had decreased SDS and SAS scores when compared with those on admission,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）,but the observation group had greater decreasing extents than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. On discharge,the patients of the observation group had lower dysphagia,pain,hiccup,restricted diet,anxiety,and dry mouth scores in Quality of Life Questionnaire of Stomach（ OLQ-STO22） than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）,and similar taste,physical appearance,and hair loss scores in the questionnaire to the control group,and the differences were statistically insignificant（ P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Nursing intervention can effectively relieve the perioperative depression and anxiety and improve the quality of life in patients with cancer of stomach.
