摘要 针对潞安矿区深部矿井煤层酥软、瓦斯高、透气性低、钻孔施工困难、抽放效果差等制约回采工作面单产能力且严重影响矿井安全生产的特点,首次提出并采用高水材料充填体实施阶段式综放沿空留巷,通过多种方法优化选定了充填体关键技术参数并进行了工程实践,基本满足工作面围岩控制要求,成功实现了高瓦斯矿井单一松软厚煤层综放沿空留巷技术的应用,并在此基础上采用三进一回"偏Y"型通风方式以及采空区埋管抽采等方法,解决了综放工作面瓦斯制约问题,在潞安矿区得到了推广应用并取得了良好效果。 For deep tender, high gas and low permeability of coal seam, drilling construction difficulties, poor drainage results restrict yield of working ability and the serious influence the characteristics of the mine safety production in Luan Mine Area,for the first time put forward and the implementation stage with high water materials filling body type caving mining along the empty left lane, through a variety of methods to optimize the selected key technical parameters of filling body and engineering practice, the basic meet the require- ment of the surrounding rock control, and successfully realized the single soft and thick coal seam roadway driving along goaf gas mine technology for application, and on this basis,adopt three entering one single circuit “partial Y” type ventilation mode and methods of extraction, buried pipes goaf can solve the problem of gas conditioning of full - mechanized caving mining face, the Lu'an mining area has been widely applied and achieved good results.
