摘要
食用菌温室培养已成为现代农业生产中的重要一环,实现食用菌培养环境的良好控制是食用菌培养成功的重要环节。本文利用MATLAB仿真软件,对食用菌温度控制器进行了建模、控制算法设计与仿真,并利用研华控制器进行了运行测试。结果表明,该DMC控制系统具有良好的动态调节品质和很好的鲁棒性,解决了温控过程中温差微小变化的控制问题,取得了较为理想的控制效果,满足了控制要求,具有较好的实用价值,这为高效的实现食用菌培养环境的控制提供了理论依据与指导。
Edible fungus cultivation in greenhouse has become one of the key section in modern agricultural production, Achieving good control environment of edible fungi culture is an important part of edible mushroom cultivation successfully. In this paper, using the MATLAB simulation software, the edible fungus temperature controller on the modeling, design and simulation of control algorithm, and has been running tests using Advantech controller. Results showed that the DMC control system had good regulating performance of dynamic and good robustness, could solve the control problem of temperature difference between small changes in temperature control process, achieve the ideal control effect, could meet the control requirements, and had better practical value, which provides a theoretical basis and guidance for efficient cultivation environment control implementation of edible fungi.
