基础振动下TBM推进液压系统工作特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 硬岩掘进机(tunnel boring machine,TBM)在工作过程中会受到外界强振动的影响.为了研究强振动对其推进液压系统的影响规律,首先总结了TBM推进液压系统的工作原理,然后建立了推进液压系统在振动环境下的AMESim仿真模型,并用实验验证了仿真模型的正确性,最后分析了外界振动频率、振动幅值对推进液压系统推进速度波动的影响规律以及振动幅值、振动频率对液压系统频响特性影响规律.仿真结果表明:液压缸推进速度受外界振动影响较大,当外界振动频率为40-60Hz时影响最为剧烈;外界振动幅值的改变对液压系统的影响比振动频率产生的影响小;推进液压系统的截止响应频率约为13Hz,当外部振动频率大于系统截止频率时,系统的频响特性会迅速变差,液压缸难以对输入电信号作出相应的响应. TBM (tunnel boring machine) will be affected by strong external vibrations when it is working. In order to study the influence characteristic of the strong vibrations to the thrust hydraulic system, firstly the principle of the TBM thrust hydraulic system was summarized, then the AMESim model for the thrust hydraulic system under fundamental vibration was established, the correctness of the simulation model was experimentally verified, and finally the speed fluctuations and frequency domain influenced by external vibration frequency and the vibration amplitude were studied. Results showed that, hydraulic cylinder pushing speed was influenced by external vibration, the impact became the biggest when the external vibration frequency was 40-60 Hz; the influence of the change of the vibration amplitude was lower than the change of the vibration frequency; the cutoff frequency of the thrust hydraulic system was about 13 Hz. When the outside vibration frequency was higher than it, the frequency characteristic of hydraulic System would become worse, and the hydraulic cylinder was difficult to make the appropriate response to the input signals.
