竹束单板层积材连续成板预压密实化的工艺及性能 被引量:5

Prepress Densification Technology for Manufactured Bamboo Bundle Laminated Veneer Lumber with Continuous Plate Process and Its Properties

摘要 为利用间歇式热压工艺加工大尺寸竹束单板层积材(BLVL),提出采用酚醛树脂胶(PF)和聚醋酸乙烯乳液胶( PVAc)混配胶液浸渍纤维化竹束单板工艺来增加板坯的初黏性和预压性能,并对预压板坯性能的影响因素进行研究,主要包括m(PF )∶m(PVAc)、预压时间和预压温度等,分析不同m(PF)∶m(PVAc)对BLVL力学性能的影响。结果表明:m( PF)∶m( PVAc)=6∶1、预压时间为15~30 min、预压温度为50~60℃时,预压板坯的性能较优,制得的BLVL具有较高的力学性能,弹性模量、静曲强度和水平剪切强度分别为:25.47 GPa、255.62 MPa和18.22 MPa。 We used intermittent hot-pressing technology and the resin bath technology to manufacture large size bamboo -bundle laminated veneer ( BLVL) .We investigated the effects of prepressing time , prepressing temperature and the ratio of PF/PVAc on the properties of prepressing BLVL , developed the BLVL and analyzed the properties .The slab got better per-formance in main physical and mechanical properties when the ratio of PF /PVAc was 6∶1, the prepressing time was 15-30 min, and the prepressing temperature is 50-60℃.The BLVL made from this technology was good in the modulus of e-lasticity (MOE), bending strength (MOR) and shearing strength (SS),which were 25.47 GPa, 255.62 MPa and18.22 MPa , respectively.
