摘要
利用物理混合法制备了竹粉/共聚酰胺复合材料,并且研究了该材料的激光烧结特性;通过DSC曲线,确定粉床的预热温度,利用电镜扫描图片分析了该材料激光烧结成型特性。结果表明该材料具有良好的激光烧结特性,成型精度较高。当选用激光功率10 W、烧结间距0.1 mm、层厚0.1 mm和扫描速度2 000 mm/s加工参数时,拉伸件的平均拉伸强度8.3 MPa。
We prepared bamboo flour/copolyamide composite and determined the preheating temperature of the powder bed of se -lective laser sintering machine through the DSC curve .We studied the properties of laser sintering and forming mechanism of bamboo flour/copolyamide composite using scanning electron microscopy images .The average tensile strength of 8.3 MPa was obtained when the laser power was 10 W, sintering spacing was 0.1 mm, the thickness of a layer was 0.1 mm, and the laser scanning speed was 2 000 mm/s.
