知识经济对高校教师的素质要求

QUALITIES FOR COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY TEACHERS IN KNOWLEDGE-BASED ECONOMY

知识经济不仅对大学生的素质提出了新的要求和标准 ,而且也对高校教师的思想道德素质、人文素质、创新素质、心理素质等提出了严峻的挑战。面对知识经济的挑战 ,高校教师必须不断地学习 ,努力提高自己的综合素质 ,以适应知识经济时代 ,从而担负起培养 2 1世纪大学生的历史使命。

Knowledge based economy sets forth new requirements and standards not only for the qualities of college students but also for those of college and university teachers in terms of moral and ideological quality, humanist quality, creative quality and psychological quality. In the face of the challenge of knowledge based economy, college and university teachers must further their study and attempt to improve their comprehensive quality in order to meat the needs of the time of knowledge based economy and shoulder the historic responsibility to cultivate college students in the 21st century.
