自身免疫调节因子(AIRE)在免疫调节中的研究现状及进展 被引量:5

摘要 正常的免疫反应中存在着耐受性,而如果表现为对自身组织成份的无反应性,就称为自身耐受,自身耐受的产生则包括中枢耐受和外周耐受。正常情况下,动物的免疫系统只对自身以外的异物抗原发生反应,而对自身成分形成耐受,但由于某些原因对自身构成成分引起免疫反应时,则称为自身免疫。
