摘要
采用一步法制备了复合磺酸钙润滑脂,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对制备过程中进行监测。对稠化剂组成、CO_2通入时间、后处理进行了考察。研究表明所制备的复合磺酸钙润滑脂具有良好的理化性能。一步法工艺有望解决两步法工艺中难以避免的问题,具有较高的研究价值。
This paper introduced a one- step method for preparing the calcium sulfonate complex grease.Fourier transform infrared（FTIR） spectroscopy was used to detect the manufacturing process.The composition of the thickener,the carbon dioxide aeration time and the post- processing were investigated.The results showed that the prepared calcium sulfonate complex grease has stable physical and chemical properties.The one-step method is expected to solve inevitable problems in the two- step method.
