摘要
介绍柴油机油清净性评定台架现状,分析活塞沉积物的成因和影响因素,通过选择不同试验条件来考察使用不同含硫量燃油和不同冷却液温度对活塞沉积物生成的影响,分析不同量的活塞沉积物对试验运行工况的影响。通过发动机台架的实际运行来考察清净性很差的油品由于沉积物过多造成发动机运行异常,并对沉积物造成发动机运行异常的实例结果进行分析,对柴油机油研发以及评定台架性能考察与设计具有重要的参考意义。
The status of diesel engine oil cleanliness test bench was introduced,the forming reasons and influence factors of piston deposit were analyzed,the impact of using different sulfur content fuel and different coolant temperature on piston deposit formation was checked by choosing different testing conditions,and also the impact of different piston deposit amount on engine running condition was analyzed.By running on real engine bench,the oil with bad cleanliness was validated whether it would cause abnormal engine working due to much more deposit,and the abnormal running example result was analyzed.All these have important reference significance on research and development of diesel engine oil,and also on the performance checkout and design of engine test bench.
