亚硒酸钠哺乳动物细胞染色体畸变试验研究

摘要 为评价亚硒酸钠的致突变性,进行了体外哺乳动物细胞(CHL)染色体畸变试验。结果表明:在加S9mix和不加S9mix时,当受试物终浓度为4.20μg/mL,2.10μg/mL剂量组的畸变率与溶媒对照组比较有极显著性差异(p<0.01),畸变率均高于5%且畸变率高低与供试品浓度有信赖性,结果为阳性;1.05μg/mL剂量组的畸变率与溶媒对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),畸变率均低于5%,为阴性结果。因此,亚硒酸钠具有一定的致突变性。 The mutagenicity of sodium selenite was evaluated by the chromosome aberration test,The results showed that at the concentration of 4.20μg/mL,2.10μg/mL with or without the S9 mix,the sample can induce chromosome aberration.the rate of chromosome aberration in treated group was very signficant difference than that in the negative group(P〈0.01),Distortion rate was both higher than 5%,the rate level and the sample were in a concentration manner,the result of chromosome aberration test was positive.the rate of chromosome aberration of dose group compared with the control group,between which was no statistical significance(P〉0.05),Distortion rate was both higher than 5%,CHL cell chromomose aberation test brcame negative.Sodium selenite has certain mutagenicity.
