摘要
介绍了国内外刀具切削状态监控技术的发展历程,分析刀具切削状态监控技术发展中存在的主要问题和取得的成果,认为切削力等间接参量不能直接、量化地表征刀具状态;切削温度能较直接地反映刀具状态,其信号也易于处理,抗干扰能力强;基于机器视觉的加工表面纹理能较好地映射刀具切削刃,但技术复杂;多参量的刀具切削状态综合表征应是未来的研究方向。
This paper introduces the development of cutting tool condition monitoring techniques in the domestic and overseas, analyzing the main problem and achievement when it developed. Some indirect parameters such as cutting force can not characterize cutting tool state. Cutting temperature can more directly reflect the tool condition, it' s signal is also easy to handle, and has strong interference ability. Surface texture based on machine vision can map the tool cutting edge , but it is hard to realize and multi-parameter tool cutting state comprehensive characterization should be the future research directions.
