摘要
本文针对API RP 5B1-2010《套管、油管和管线管螺纹测量和检验方法》和API RP 7G-2-2009《旧钻柱构件检验和分级推荐做法》等API标准中所述的齿形标准样板,就实现其在校准实验室准确测量保证其溯源性开展测量方法研究。根据量具的计量特性提出螺距和牙型角两个测量参数,应用光学三坐标测量机编程实现自动测量,经大量试验验证及相应测量不确定度评定。结果表明,基于光学三坐标测量机的齿形标准样板测量方法,可完全满足齿形标准样板的溯源要求,并提出增加齿形标准样板校准内容的校准规范修订建议。
This paper studies the gauge described in API RP 5B1-2010" Gauging and Inspection of Casing, Tubling, and Line Pipe Threads" and API RP 7G-2-2009" Recommended Practice for Inspection and Classfication of Used Drill Stem Elements" respectively, proposes two measurement parameters lead and tooth type angle according to the metrological char- acteristics of the gauge, and programs auto measurement methods throuh optical coordinate measuring machine, finally car- ries out measurements of its traceability after testing many experimental verification and evaluation of measurement uncer- tainty. The results show that the method can fully meet the traceability requirements of the gauge. It also suggests that the content of the calibration for thread profile gauge should be increased in the calibration specifications.
